Felice Rhiannon standing

Felice Rhiannon has devoted more than three decades to the study of complementary healing, including the study of consciousness and meditation practices, as well as Chinese acupuncture, which she practised for more than 15 years. Felice began the study of yoga more than 30 years ago. In more recent years her appreciation for yoga has grown immensely, and her studies have deepened. They now include more than 1000 hours of teacher training.

Whilst suffering from a chronic illness, she used yoga as part of the healing process and realised that it is possible to feel vibrant even when living with a chronic illness. As soon as her health improved sufficiently she enrolled in a Therapeutic Yoga training course in the United States, and is now a certified Professional Yoga Therapist. Felice holds two yoga teacher certifications: a teaching certificate from the Shambhava School of Yoga in Colorado, USA and an advanced training in Yoga Therapy from Integrative Yoga Therapy.

Felice’s experience includes bringing the gifts of yoga to varied populations, including to older people and to those living with cancer. Before moving to England, she presented yoga seminars throughout the U.S. and has written articles for many yoga publications. She also serves on the Advisory Council of YogAbility Institute, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to bringing yoga to seriously disabled and disadvantaged people in Southern California, and is the author of A Vibrant Life: Yoga in the Middle Years and Beyond.
